Oklahoma 4th state to ban abortions after 20 weeks

In Oklahoma state, a new law was passed banning all abortions over 20 weeks. This new law would also prevent insurance companies in allowing abortions at their hospitals/clinics. This new law was made after evidence of the baby ability to feel the pain, at such a young age. The law sparked controversy on a federal level, because its federal law that women be allowed to have abortions.
