Florida judge rules health care law unconstitutional

                                      


      Judge Roger Vinson, a federal judge from Pensacola, Florida has ruled the Health Care bill unconstitutional. Declaring that the Bill is giving Congress, the ability to do, "whatever they want." Vinison describes that the Bill is suppose to, "regulate" the economy, and not dictate the, "inactivity of the individual." In this case, Americans requirement to buy Health Insurance. Him, and 26 other states agree with him on this matter. A Supreme Court hearing is expected, to decide this matter.

Ill. high court: Emanuel can run for Chicago mayor: Ruling revives campaign of Obama's former chief of staff


Due to some recent controversy, Rahm Emmanuel was accused of not meeting Illinois residency requirements. In a recent Supreme Court ruling, however, voted in favor of Emmanuel. they stated, "Emmanuel rented out his house, and showed intent to return to his Chicago home." Further evidence supported his return, by leaving behind personal belonging's, such as, his wife's dress, pictures of his family, ect. The ballots being printed without Rahm Emmanuel's name were discontinued. Which leaves the question, will Rahm Emmanuel still finish strong in the upcoming election?

CBO forecast: frightening fodder for both parties




What this article explains is the reason for both parties Democratic and Republicans have for passsing/not passing Health Care Reform. How the economy's unemployment rate will not even out til' 2016, and how intrest rates will skyrocket if paid.

Obama urges cooperation and innovation



In this video, President Barrack Obama makes his first, "State Of The Union" speech. It mainly consists of his plan to Reform Government, Encourage American Innovation, Finance Education, and Invest in Biochemical Technology, in hopes that it will create jobs. President Obama then says a very powerful quote by a Kennedy, "The future is not a gift, but an achievement." I too believe this too, and how we as American people must actively shape our future. Obama is investing in our future, it should beour job to make it possible.

Court: Emanuel cannot run for mayor



In a recent article concerning Rahm Emanuel’s upcoming run for mayor of Chicago. Court officials have found Rahm unable to run, because of a residency requirement, he failed to meet. Emanuel lived with his family in Chicago, before having to rent out his home to work for President Barrack Obama. He intended to return to his former residency, but never did. A Supreme Court hearing is pending to see if his name will be included in this years ballot.

Grand jury indicts Arizona shooting suspect






This article states that the shooter from the Tuscan, Arizona Shooting will appeal in court this upcomming Monday. It goes further on to say, that the shooter has a high chance of getting the death penalty. He is currently in a federal prison, awating his trial.

This article states that, "Business groups also have taken aim at new regulations on the financial industry." In response, Obama Asministration is atempting to revert econmic influence to markets, However, the House Republicans are pushing legislation, directly effecting health care reform, and is expecting, " Health care reform to die in the Senate."
