Ill. high court: Emanuel can run for Chicago mayor: Ruling revives campaign of Obama's former chief of staff

Due to some recent controversy, Rahm Emmanuel was accused of not meeting Illinois residency requirements. In a recent Supreme Court ruling, however, voted in favor of Emmanuel. they stated, "Emmanuel rented out his house, and showed intent to return to his Chicago home." Further evidence supported his return, by leaving behind personal belonging's, such as, his wife's dress, pictures of his family, ect. The ballots being printed without Rahm Emmanuel's name were discontinued. Which leaves the question, will Rahm Emmanuel still finish strong in the upcoming election?
