Obama visits Texas, but eyes larger Latino vote outside state

Basically, what this article is trying to explain is that the Latino vote is a stronghold to Obama's campaign. It states that even though Obama will not win over Texas for the Latino vote, it will win it in Nevada, Arizona, and other places such as Virginia. It also goes on to say that eventhough the turnout for Latino voters was 2-3, we still need more voters. Finally, I would like to point out that this  article includes the word, "fillabuster."
